Features

Designed in collaboration with prolific outdoor writer and hunter Richard Mann, Galco is proud to produce the RifleMann Sling!

Mann came to Galco in the Spring of 2015 with a novel idea for a hunting sling. His rough prototype allowed a hunter/rifleman to use the sling in four braced positions:

The first position is the traditional “hasty” sling, as often used by the military and hunters.

The second is the position originally used with Galco’s Safari Ching sling, essentially a further simplified hasty sling, as preferred by many modern shooters.

The third is the traditional Ching Sling style, commonly used on scout-style rifles, which requires a third sling swivel mounted toward the rifle's magazine.

Lastly, Mann’s innovative design allows the use of the more recent and modern “military sniper” technique, where the sling wraps around the strong triceps.

Christening the new design the RifleMann Sling, Galco made several refinements to Mann’s design, allowing easier and simpler use. The addition of thick padding allows very comfortable carry in the field. Upon field-testing the new sling, Mann proclaimed it, “The best damn sling I’ve ever used.”

Review for RIFLEMANN SLING

Good sling
It's a different setup definituely made for big people I had to do a lot of adjusting to get it small enough. If you run it as the instructions say it takes a little getting used to but it is rock solid when you get it right

Versatile general purpose sling
At first I found it a bit overwhelming. As I watched Richard Manns video about install and use and played with it for a while i really liked it. robust and well made. well thought out item and a truly versatile device…excels as a carry strap and really stays put on the shoulder
if you own a scout rifle…any. rifle this should be on board. buy with confidence

Nice sling
I bought one of the rifleman's sling for my Feet rifle, I've only had it a couple weeks and so far no issues. At around $2.00 a round I have not shot using the sling yet. It feels nice and solid and is fairly easy to set up.
